Our initial meeting is free of charge and thereafter we can work with you on a fixed fee or individual day rate basis depending on the the length of the assignment.
Kathy is an award winning organisational development specialist and coach with almost 20 years’ international experience in fast-moving, sales-led enterprise organisations. An expert facilitator and innovative designer, with a focus on tangible outcomes and performance change; Kathy has held a number of senior learning & development roles in international organisations including Thomson Reuters Science, Hays Recruitment plc, where she developed an award winning global leadership development programme, and RSA Group. Her professional experience includes extensive cross cultural management initiatives, specifically in development and implementation of large scale leadership initiatives and coaching at an individual and team level.
Since 2008, Kathy has been consulting with organisations at Board and middle management level, and was nominated by RSA for an internal award for business contribution on a high potential leadership development programme in 2011. Kathy attended Henley Business School in 2011-12 where she gain Distinction in coaching practice. Kathy is a regular conference speaker and chair, and many years of speaking engagements as well as extensive involvement with theatrical productions has provided her with experience in skilled communication and presenting with impact. A winner of three awards from The Learning & Performance Institute, Kathy is a regular contributor to the Learning Technologies and Learning Skills magazines Impactissima works with a number of associates for large scale programmes or initiatives.
